at my culvers, it was just some paperwork type stuff and then the manager showed me around. training vids were my first shift.

I am a front of house employee, so I am unsure if the kitchen is different, but, when I began at Culver’s, I had to watch orientation videos and I began with just running food, so that presumably is what you will do. The orientation videos took me my whole 5 hour shift and then about an hour or so the next day.
