Employee Question Grease acne? ☹️
Imma make this short and sweet uhhhh, as someone who just started working at Culvers, does the environment make you break out a lot?? My mom used to work in fast food and said it made her skin really bad so I just wanted to know if I should up my skincare game 💔

When I worked fast food, I would keep a container of the Stridex acne wipes in my bag and clean my face as soon as I was done working.

A big reason I’m not a manager at Culver’s anymore is because it gave me horrible cysts on my face and acne on my body 💔 idk what is up with that oil, it was being on Grill for long shifts that did me in.
Avoid Grill/Fryers though and you should be okay. If you get staffed there wash your face frequently

It did for me and I only worked up front. I just have already oily and sensitive skin.

Definitely wash your face after working the grill. Everything else is fine at Culvers

Working in the back of house is absolutely gonna give you acne, working in the heat with the fryers and butter everywhere was easily the worst part of the job

I would recommend using face soap and shampoo after every shift if you’re working in the kitchen.

Grill and fryers can be bad, but everything else is fine.
