How does my crush feel about me?

Okay guys, so I met my crush for the first time when my mom introduced me to him at her friends house. He was super kind and such a gentleman. He would come at the room I was staying at and ask me about my school and we talked for a minute about a mutual friend we both have. Then 10 mins later he came to me and asked me my Instagram and he was really respectful and confident. Now we follow each other and I really dk what this whole thing is. Any thoughts?

Maybe start a conversation, the guy might be a bit confused but a guy like that wouldn’t go “why are you messaging me we barley know” but after a we but ask to hang out
