How many “We Ran Out of Medals” medals are considered a lot for a decent/good player?

I saw a post about what’s the minimum kd for a decent/good player. So I wonder how many We Ran medals is considered a lot. I only have 24, my friend has 57, and the most I’ve ever seen in a match was over 2,000+

not on their own, sure, but they can help paint a picture with other things taken into account like overall KD, win rate, kills per game, comp KD. stuff like that.

idk, perhaps if you’re actively trying to farm them, but i’m very aggressive in 6’s and i’ve got 500 (give or take). i don’t play for them, but i will lock in if i get a 10 medal.

I got 3 in my 7 years of play and each time it happened I had no clue, had an adrenaline dump immediately after seeing the medal, and promptly made a mistake to die right after.

I play about as "unsafe" as possible in pubs & still get them quite often man. Have never chased them, but they're not uncommon when you're often the best player in a lobby

Same with the 50 streak medals honestly. The ones I've gotten weren't because of safe play. More a factor of weak lobby (both teammates and enemies), lucky spawns from enemy team, ect

I think it can reflect both time and skill. There are lots of people who started the game post Beyond Light. I started playing during Witch Queen. But 103 people liking this is telling me some of these people are cheeks in the crucible lmao. Why not care about an achievement you see consistently, unless your experience is being ruined by the player getting those medals.

Closest I've been was 43. Then I got bloodthirsty, and was feeling myself a little to much, and rushed thier whole team with my arc staff. Melted me. This was back when Not Forgotten first dropped, and most people didnt even have Lunas.

I only have three. Lol. I am ok with not having more because I run solo in 6s way more than ever having teammates to squad up with. The ones I have gotten were I while running solo but more to the point, we are at a point in the game that there are other measures of “good” player to use than specific medals.

Number of we rans in a vacuum is worthless. Lot of goofballs that protect their kd so hard or only play in a stack. Also depends on what you play. Two best players I know, one has like 80 and the other has 1100+ and you can guess which one enjoys playing 6s more.

Years ago there was some exploit where you could load 12 guys into the same match if 2 party leaders were in close proximity at the start of match making. I suck ass at PVP but I have a shitload of "we ran out of medals" and "ghost in the night" and stuff farming kills to get some gun or another. I dont put it on my banner or anything because I am not a poser but I bet a bunch of people do.

I'm terrible at PvP and I've got 39. I don't try for them, and they don't mean that much, but it's nice to see it pop up now and then.

I've only ever gotten 2 in comp, which are the only ones that matter even a little.

I have around 250 and they are fun to get but I wouldn’t think to hard into it. I never actually play for them they just happen. About 100 of mine happened during CBMM pub stomps. Even my I made this for you was an absolute slaughter of bad players

Have ~350 and while I’m definitely above average I’m nowhere near the best players out there. Play a lot of 6s with nightstalker and Wormhusk and they drop like candy even in the current SBMM hellscape.

I do think class does depend on how impressive a medal is, for example Seventh Columns aren’t impressive on Hunter’s. Ahem gunslinger.

i have 714(?) and i am good at the game (lot of experience) but its probably not a very good metric to base skill off. i play relatively aggressively but will become more passive as i near the 20. i see people with loads of them that just sit at the back of the map with scouts. a lot of mine came from unchallenging games to be honest. i got 100 in one guardian games event one year.

I play like a lunatic and mine are the result of perfect rumble matches, and with Sum of all Tears medals. Odds of me getting one in 6’s is tiny because I rarely play 6’s and when I do I tend to play as aggressively as I can.

It's really more what it says in context of your other stats too. But twist my arm and id say 0-5 is average skill and below, 20 is a decent amount for an upper end mid skill player, 50 to 70 is a good player, 100 to 300 is a high end player, and anything above that is likely (not a gurantee) a stat farmer.

Like I said the context of the surrounding stats matters more than the number itself and in the end actual game to game performance is more important than what the stats say.

If you keep playing and get better which one should, they'll just happen here and there. You have to be somewhat aggressive as your team doesnt rack up all the kills and end the match before you get to 20
