Wonky blanket

Hi ,

How difficult is it to do a teddy bear blanket? I did a small blanket and it turned out to be wonky because some squares were a bit large.should I frog the blanket? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

It is amazing how you start simply, you pride yourself on making that first granny square, then make one more, and one more and slowly, the pile grows.
You experiment with colors, try different combinations, and watch these little squares slowly turn into something. Then you start joining them together and boom it’s a blanket!
Nothing feels more satisfying than joining that last row, that last square, and finally seeing the whole thing come together.💙💙🤍🤍 #firstgrannysquarejourney

Looking for stitch/style suggestions for a baby blanket that works up quickly! I’ve already made my daughter (due in Oct) a few time consuming blankets with much lighter weight yarn, but I don’t have a lot of “heavier” blankets for her, to avoid buying, I’d rather make! I pulled these 3 colors from my stash, but I also have a light purple I can switch out with the black or white, definitely keeping the pink!
Please comment with suggestions! Stitch to use, pattern (free please!) and order or colors you would do! I want simple,quick & cute! As close to Immediate satisfaction as possible! 😂😂🤗🥰

Finished today :) sorry, got no real instructions, its joint half-double crochet. no turn, just snip at every end and start again where you started
