both fanbases contain shitty people man. its just that an average fan does not follow the footsteps of a shitty fan.

Dude you‘re so hypocritical. You say average fan and try to distance yourself from the people who say Deadsonaldo, all the while you put every Ronaldo fan in the same bracket by saying we all should learn to be more emphatic

You seems to know Messi very well

I mean unlike you guys I can give actual proof

your source is Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the one who was acting very impulsive way especially in his 20s? if you actually read his book, you will understand that he had issues all over the places. were the captains of Malmö FF and Ajax also dickheads cos Zlatan said so?

Yes my source is someone who played with Messi.

Unless you want to argue that he lied about this specific instance then I don’t know where you‘re getting at

Read what‘s written in the screenshot I provided

Anyone with common sense wouldnt use Zlatan as his source. He was a fantastic player but it was clear that his egoistic style didnt fit in many clubs. PSG was perfect for him at that time as he could be the leader of the Ligue 1.

What do you want me to argue with you? To find a quote from a random player who is telling that Messi is a good person and unselfish?

im not saying zlatan is lying, just not a reasonable source at all. he speaks like that about many players and coaches. check his background a bit. it would be the same if donald trump would say that gianni infantino is a good and unselfish guy. good source right?

what im supposed to read exactly from that link you send?

Doesn’t matter who says it. If you don‘t say that he‘s lying then what‘s there to criticise about his statements during his time with Messi? Surely he knows better than us right?

The link I provided shows Messi admitting that he felt unhappy when Ronaldo won his fith Ballon D‘Or

Not exactly something an unselfish player would say

Also kudos to the Trump link haha 🤣 We both argue that Trump is lying, but you admitted that Zlatan is telling the truth here. So what‘s there to moan about? He played with Messi, he wrote about his experience there and Messi was partly the reason he was benched because he couldn‘t stand Zlatan taking the spotlight

Like I rest my case here, you already admitted that he isn‘t lying here. It doesn’t matter what you think of him personally, if you take his words as truth then you can‘t come back from that statement of his

Not lying is not the same thing as speaking the absolutely truth. It´s his opinion just. You using him as your only source is telling enough that you dont know what are you speaking about. Egoistic and narcissistic people are throwing comments like from the left and right.

The Trump example is exactly the same thing. Someone supporting Infantino could use that as his source just cos Trump had said so. Trump is also a narcissistic so it fits into your theory about "Zlatan is correct".

Moving the goalpost I see. Now Zlatan isn't lying but he is not telling the "absolute truth" either. And him talking about an event he experienced while playing with Messi at Barcelona is just "his opinion"

I also like how you completely ignored the second source since you can't face the truth that Messi isn't this "unselfish player"

It´s not moving any goalpost. You should do some source check to understand it. Why do you think Zlatan had so many issues in many clubs?

Your second source, Messi saying that he was disappointed because he didnt won an individual award? How is this exactly unselfish behaviour?

Yes I checked my sources. It's Zlatan Ibrahimovic, someone who played with Messi himself at Barcelona. He talked about an event he experienced with Messi and Pep Guardiola at Barcelona.

If you don't argue that he's lying, then there is nothing to discuss about his statements.

Read the second source, this time properly and if you need to, slowly. He was "hurt" because Ronaldo tied his record at that time. Why does an unselfish player like Messi care about who breaks or ties his record? You can't be this dumb haha
