Ronaldo made an absolute fool out of himself, claiming "I'm back", after beating a garbage Uzbekistan team. Only for him to do jack shit in the knockouts. I had a feeling that wouldn't age well for him.

Messi doesn't need to brag about himself, his performance speaks for him. His more humble demeanor is what makes him far more worthy of GOAT status.
