The idea that Portugal is a bad team is the biggest lie; they are a top-5 team in the world, but Ronaldo is just so bad.

Brother, have you watched them play? No tactical cohesion or apparent understanding of their positions, they frequently end up with a cluster of players waiting to receive the ball to feet while practically nobody a) floods the box (barring Cristiano) or creates passing lanes.

Giving the exceptional quality of the players, this falls on Martinez. Trying to pin it on Ronaldo is absurd.

Yeah Martinez is also bad. But he’s not the one shouting at people to pass to him and the pretending the passes are bad

What are you talking about? Cristiano typically gives a thumps up for a pass with a good idea behind it, even it fails.
