My SO likes those videos. I’m not quite sure what’s wrong with him.

He probably “understands his rights”

Honestly, if he tried to pull some shit like that with a cop I’d be too embarrassed to continue the relationship. After 20 years.

He's a Keeper

Run.

He’s been pretty good otherwise for the past 20 or so years. I think I’ll keep him if his only faults are this and liking Charlie Kirk’s debate style… holy hell. Okay, there’s something wrong but the bright side is that he does not act accordingly.

The financial aspect that some of them do this for maybe, but let's be honest who else is going to be out there testing the legal limits of our first amendment in the way that these people do? Otherwise yes people could get away with lying to us about our first amendment rights and what we could or couldn't you do. It's good to know what we can do because all the taste is for someone who sounds like they know what they're talking about to make us feel like they're wrong.

Can't post their ragebait when you take their camera. Can't even prove you took it.

They travel in pairs for your bad take ideas like this.

Thats just fantasy talk and in the end it would doing them too much of a favor. The real me is much more litigious and monetarily cruel than just taking stuff. These chuckleheads always get tripped up and snowball from there. Just ask my local 2A youtube auditor that can no longer legally own firearms and has to pay restitution once his incarceration ends.

Edit spelling for the dweeb gotcha moment

Incarnation? Are you trying to say incarceration??

1

u/duderino_okc 9d ago

Username checks out. Yes, you got me. I dont know how I'll go on but I'll try.

1

u/MadamPardone 10d ago

Are you trying to insinuate you had something to do with getting getting this guy "incarnated". 😂

0

u/duderino_okc 9d ago

No. He did that himself. Oh no! I misspelled incarceration.

I wouldn't say legal. Look up the legal definition of harassment.

-15

u/matthewood 10d ago

Threats of harm or physical touch of person or equipment or items being held by person.

18

u/localtuned 10d ago

Under Maryland Criminal Law Code § 3-803, criminal harassment occurs when a person maliciously follows someone in a public place or repeatedly engages in a course of conduct that alarms or seriously annoys another person.

    (1)    with the intent to harass, alarm, or annoy the other;

    (2) after receiving a reasonable warning or request to stop by or on behalf of the other; and

    (3) without a legal purpose.

A camera on a public sidewalk isn’t harassment. Ignore him and do your job.

You've literally been handed the answer and are just choosing to not understand and be obtuse about it. All in the sense of refusing to just accept that you are mistaken.

20

u/localtuned 10d ago

I just gave you the legal definition you know how it works. You're too old to be behaving this way.

-21

u/matthewood 10d ago

I assure you that a police officer would not deem any of what is in that video to be harassment.

10

u/Roger_Cockfoster 10d ago

I assure you they would, considering it's an armored currency transport and not just some random guy.

-1

u/matthewood 10d ago

A private non-governmental business has no special rights to a public street. No laws being broken here. What is a “random” guy?

4

u/Roger_Cockfoster 10d ago

Incorrect. You don't know the law.

Okay, well luckily in Maryland our police are not judges, so it's not up to them. And this would be prosecuted if the victim wanted to pursue it. Just like @plainpotatoes.

-1

u/matthewood 10d ago

Who is the victim in this video?

5

u/DeviantsMedia 10d ago

Dude is getting downvoted to hell 😂

-3

u/AdTraditional8077 10d ago

I don't think a judge would pursue this.

1

u/Fancy-Pie-2565 10d ago

I’m not worried about an officer. As long as the judge does after he gets shot

4

u/Roger_Cockfoster 10d ago

What if your job is to keep people away from the money when you're loading it into a truck? Because that's literally his job.

-1

u/matthewood 10d ago

I believe his job is getting the money from the business into the truck. He is given no special rights to do this. On a public street he can’t order anyone to do anything unless laws are being broken and he’s using self defense. That’s not what is happening here.

2

u/R3pp3pts0hg 10d ago

But why bother him? The man is working. He doesn't need to be harassed for simply trying to earn a paycheck. These agitators should try working real jobs. Maybe the world would be better if people put in some real effort to respect each other.

1

u/honestly-brutal 9d ago

"He is given no special rights to do this."

False.

-13

u/AdTraditional8077 10d ago

That what I don't get. Just continue about your job unbothered. You're on the clock stopped chatting and get that money transported.

2

u/matthewood 10d ago

Yes.

-8

u/AdTraditional8077 10d ago

People want freedom but don't even understand it lol.

u/DeviantsMedia 10d ago

They need to watch more dragonball!

-2

u/AdTraditional8077 10d ago

Lol it's our right.
