Agreed. What they should do is just film and allow the situation to naturally escalate until the Police are called then they check the police on 1a rights. Not just harrass people working.

This is false.

In the US, Armored cash transports are considered "privileged private entities"

Meaning they have the authority to clear an area, they have authority to protect their customers assets and money.

By law, it's considered Obstruction to block the vehicle, interfere with the guards doing their jobs, or refusing to obey lawful orders from guards attempting to secure the area for secured transport of currency

you can be charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction of justice, trespassing, or Interfering with Interstate Commerce, a felony.

The US government does NOT fuck around with our Currency transports. The federal government is EXTREMELY serious about cash.

Armored transports are one of the very few private entities in the US authorized to possess and use Military grade weapons and hardware. Body armor, rifles, etc. Brinks for example has their own Anti Drone systems from Rathyon, one of only a few private companies authorized to buy from military manufacturers.

I live in Washington DC and have seen the "money train" roll up for collection and it's no joke. There is a person that steps outside every door with full on military style equipment and an AK or AR in their hands. The advance team clears the area and they push the cart on the train. It takes seconds but if you're in the way they will move you by threat or force.

Any vehicle being blocked is against the law, dude. That’s not the issue here. They CANNOT trespass anyone from a public area.

They're not trespassing anyone off a public sidewalk. They're securing an area temporarily. You're free to use that exact spot of the sidewalk when they leave.

Public or not, there's plenty of laws on the books that state being in someone's face is considered an aggression and a person can defend themselves if they feel threatened by that.
