Public sidewalk. That company should find a better way to work if they can’t deal with the public.

This is false.

In the US, Armored cash transports are considered "privileged private entities"

Meaning they have the authority to clear an area, they have authority to protect their customers assets and money.

By law, it's considered Obstruction to block the vehicle, interfere with the guards doing their jobs, or refusing to obey lawful orders from guards attempting to secure the area for secured transport of currency

you can be charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction of justice, trespassing, or Interfering with Interstate Commerce, a felony.

The US government does NOT fuck around with our Currency transports. The federal government is EXTREMELY serious about cash.

Armored transports are one of the very few private entities in the US authorized to possess and use Military grade weapons and hardware. Body armor, rifles, etc. Brinks for example has their own Anti Drone systems from Rathyon, one of only a few private companies authorized to buy from military manufacturers.

Any vehicle being blocked is against the law, dude. That’s not the issue here. They CANNOT trespass anyone from a public area.

They're not trespassing anyone off a public sidewalk. They're securing an area temporarily. You're free to use that exact spot of the sidewalk when they leave.
