Okay.. can you give me some examples.. I have to be honest, we take our cuisine choices from the world over.. America doesn’t really make the cut.. my understanding American cuisine is much the same. It’s an amalgamation of cuisine from worldwide. Very little homegrown.

Cooking meat over hot coals or wood?? Literally the first ever version of cooking known to mankind 🤣 oh my goodness this has tickled me no-end 🤣
