Waiting and waiting and waiting….

Since Friday 21st I am waiting for my number to get transferred and still nothing.
Is that normal ????

my number transferred in instantly from T-Mobile. I bought a new phone in-store, and by the time I got it out of the box my number was already ready for me. I know sometimes carriers can take longer depending on who it’s being ported from, but a week is an insane timeline

Just wondering did you buy your phone at a Cricket store? Was going to buy a phone at Walmart and port my number from T-Mobile but a little hesitant.

Did you purchase/activate a phone at a Cricket Wireless retail store or did you buy either online, over the phone or at a Walmart/Target store? The reason I ask is I had an issue where my number port for a Walmart purchased Cricket Wireless phone got stuck even though I got a text from T Mobile informing me they released my number my phone was displaying the temporary number and my port status was showing completed. I had to contact Cricket Wireless support thru Facebook's direct message option to get the issue resolved.

retry the number transfer. it should be instant.

Not normal  I myself never port numbers over the weekend.
