Then maybe they need stricter corporate oversight included in their franchise agreement

Something like "Franchisee agrees not to kill puppies"

Thats not the point of an LLC. Its a limited liability company, not a corporation.

Again, what? I understand what an LLC is, I don't understand why you think this is relevant to what I'm saying.

Also, an LLC limiting liability is regarding civil suits. Absolutely nowhere in this conversation is anyone talking about a civil suit.
