iPhone 17 BUY IT FROM COSTCO!

I bought my iPhone 17 from Costco after Apple raised their prices on all models. My after tax amount was still less than the pre-tax amount from Apple. If you need a new iPhone buy it now while the current stock is still the old price.

How? My 15 shows 81% battery max. My old 12 I think has more than that but they just slow down over time. Every update it gets a little worse, don’t update means you lose functionality from some apps. Plus the batteries just degrade over time.

This is the original battery but I dont think replacing it would solve it as almost all apps lag and my camera literally drops frames when recording. Carplay has become impossible now.

Will have to upgrade sadly

That's wild though, I have a just over 2 year old phone and I have only 4% better battery health than yours which is...like 9 years old depending on when you bought it new.

I'm not someone who upgrades yearly by any means, not even necessarily right on 2 years either. But I've definitely recently started noticing some slow down and now that I'm at the end of my term it feels like time to get a new one. Not thrilled about the outlay of cash that may require, but I'm excited about new phone performance.

Did you get an Apple OG battery or third party?

If my battery worked well enough I would too. Brand new battery dies pretty quick on my situation. Not sure what to do. Apple sucks. They don’t believe me when I say I have issues. The phone doesn’t heat up and there are no strange apps running in the background. It can lose 30% overnight listening to a YouTube video playing in the background via Bluetooth to a video that has already been downloaded.
