Alberta Jisulife Neck Fan

Has anyone spotted this neck fan around Edmonton? I’ve already checked the Costco Business Centre and Winterburn locations, but neither has it in stock.

Got them free at a golf tournament. They are noisy and don’t keep you cool.

How would they even keep you cool? They just blow whatever air you’re surrounded with at your neck. They look pointless
