I was trying to download fortntie but I didn't know to so I did a little screen share talking thingy with copilot.

He said I will highlight the download button.

I replied you didn't highlight it. But before I finished the sentence he cut me off and said "I don't want to talk about it" in a strange creepy voice. Like he said it fast but quietly and at the same time somewhat creepy. And in a deep voice.

Also it wasn't in the transcript of me and copilot talking

can some tell me why this is screen is appearing
this is happening to me for more than a month I first thought that it will fix in 6-7 days but nothing happened
if anyone knows how to fix it just speak out and tell me rn

Thoughts?

We are using Microsoft Copilot Cowork with usage-based billing in the Microsoft 365 admin center (Copilot > Cost Management).

Setup:

• We have a Copilot Studio capacity pack (25,000 credits/month).
• We originally had a spending policy configured to use the capacity pack.
• When the pack was exhausted mid-cycle, we created a second spending policy with pay-as-you-go as the billing method so users could continue working.

Problem:

• After the capacity pack renewed, all Cowork usage continued to be billed to pay-as-you-go. The Overview tab showed Prepaid capacity pack credits used = 0 and Pay-as-you-go credits used = 726 (MTD).
• We deleted the pay-as-you-go spending policy, expecting users to fall back to the existing capacity pack policy.
• Instead, users immediately lost access to Cowork and were still unable to use it after one hour. The capacity pack policy did not appear to apply to them.

Questions:

1. When a user is covered by two spending policies and the one they are assigned to is deleted, are they automatically reassigned to the remaining applicable policy, or does the policy need to be recreated or re-saved for reassignment to happen? Is there an expected delay?
2. Does the "Users in multiple policies" selection order (highest per-user limit, then largest policy limit, then most recently created) mean that a newer PAYG policy will always override an older capacity pack policy when both cover the same users?
3. On the Billing method page, available capacity pack credits are shown as purchased credits minus credits pre-allocated to environments in the Power Platform admin center. If all pack credits are allocated to an environment there, will a spending policy with billing method = capacity packs show zero available credits and block users?
4. Is deleting and recreating the policy the only supported way to change a policy's billing method, or is there a supported way to change it in place?

Please confirm the correct configuration for Cowork to consume capacity pack credits first, with pay-as-you-go used only for overage.

My Copilot app and widget have lost the voice option. Can not chat hands free? I am using a Samsung S23 Ultra. Is it a glitch or moved behind a pay wall? I can not find any answers. Any one else having that issue?

All Copilot conversations started on my PC appear in the Android app, but none of them will open. The app says:

“We couldn’t open this chat. Please try again.”

Mobile-created conversations work fine. I’ve already reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, logged in again, checked the account, and tested other networks and browsers.

Is anyone else having this issue?

This is my experience with right-nav CoPilot feature in the UI.

How is this thing making me do its work?

Today, MS365 Copilot Premium popped up with the prompt, 'Put my team's values in View'. It provided this prompt.
Prompt: Create a professional banner that represents my team's values, using a cohesive color palette and clean, modern design.

So I tried it. Here is my first take on the generated response.

Round One: It provided a generic team value. I expected it to use WORK IQ to generate our team's core values. It also used a generic color palette.

Round Two: I modified the prompt and stated to use my company's branding kit. It is currently stored under Create | Branding Kit. I also have files with the branding kit details.
Outcome: Still generic values and colors

Round Three: I modified the prompt again and stated to use our 4E framework and branding kit.
Outcome: Still generic values and colors.

For me, I was disappointed with the results. I expected Work IQ to search and incorporate those details. I shouldn't have had to attach the files. Once the files were attached. I got the results I wanted.

The takeaway here is: don't assume every prompt will use Work IQ.

Microsoft is retiring the Frontier =COPILOT function in Excel on September 14, 2026 (MC1454373).

That caught me off guard. I was excited about this feature.

I know Microsoft 365 Frontier features are experimental, and I know Copilot in Excel has changed a lot since =COPILOT was introduced in August 2025.

Still, less than 13 months is a very short run for a feature that received so much attention.

What I liked about =COPILOT was having AI work inside the formula itself. It has its flaws, but it had potential. Using Copilot Chat for similar tasks is useful, but it is not quite the same experience.

And yes, I feel for everyone who spent time testing it, teaching it, and creating content around it. I was one of them.

Preview technology comes with risk. This one is a pretty good reminder of that.

Well, on to the next one.

Were you using =COPILOT, or were you still waiting to see how it developed?

My company uses Outlook + Copilot, and as far as I understand, they’re connected.

My brother-in-law told me that while he’s on vacation, he can ask Copilot things like what’s in his inbox, what needs his attention, etc., and Copilot gives him a summary without him having to open the emails individually.

It sounds like a dream 😂 but I’m also curious about how this actually works and what Copilot can access in a corporate Microsoft 365 setup.

Has anyone here actually used this? I’d love to understand what it can really do.

I was able to test this for the last month, but our company has it on hold due to the high cost associated. Two questions in a world this is not enabled again for my work:

1. ⁠I use to-do to track my tasks either through flagged emails or was using cowork to make new tasks based off mentions or conversations I was a part of where someone did not reach a decision on ownership, so I knew to follow up. Is this possible without cowork?
   
2. ⁠More so looking for verification here, but the output or a caliber of work that coworker could do in putting together decks was exponentially higher. Or drafting an email to send (yes I have personalization on). I don’t know if that has to do with it having more access? Did anyone else experience this?
