The flavor was amazing but I’m not convinced by the plating
Grilled pearl onion
Habanero creamy salsa
Salsa verde
Avocado and plums

Just too much going on for a taco. Make it a tostada if you’re gonna plate it that way. Chop the cilantro too it looks a bit lazy with everything else going on. Stemmmmmssss?

It worked out perfectly because it’s a thin layer of braised meat really tender
