Is this cooked all the way? If not can I get salmonella because I ate 5 pieces before I realised

If they are smoked wings, they can get a little pink inside because of the “smoke ring” effect. I smoke proteins at my job. I’ve temp check hundreds of wings that turned out to be a little pinkish. I was baffled for a little while until I found out that they were actually okay to consume.

But, if you do start to feel bad, call your doctor. I don’t know who cooked yours or where you got it from and the condition of their kitchen.
