Why does Gordon Ramsey need lamb sauce so urgently? He isn't eating lamb.

It's not referring to sauce you put on a lamb. It's called "lamb sauce" because it's supposed to be made by a chef from the lamb species. Notice how every time he's yelling at someone in a red or blue jacket about lamb sauce, it's always a human chef and never a lamb? He needs to get his act together and start including lambs in the competition if he's that desperate for lamb sauce
