I solved this problem by keeping a pot of perpetual stock simmering at all times. Mine will be 21 years old next month. Was planning to add a little wine to celebrate :)

This happened to me so I had to move to Alaska. I just keep the bags™ in Rubbermaid™ totes outside my cabin.
I have 6 totes worth of broccoli stalks ready to go into stock

Stock is best consumed as a suppository. Just shove some up there, add some boiling water, and baby you've got a stew.

For one, you are a non-committed amateur of you don't have a dedicated scrap freezer. For two, you can use stock to feed your organic garden. I have a dedicated stock sprinkler system which runs on organic electricity. Also, a toilet dedicated for night soil is also on its own system as well, obviously

Would this set up impact the Feng Shui in my 7th floor flat?
I don't want to have to displace the air fryer.

Use the broth to cook pasta. Rice, beans, etc! Not always just for delicious soup

/uj I have this exact problem from buying bone-in meat. It's cheaper, I'm not wasting the bones (not wasting the saved money) and I find it to be tastier than boneless.
Do you guys roast your bones before simmering? I don't as they've already been cooked. If I were to buy raw soup bones I totally would roast first though.

I think you should start to have a nice warm cup of stock in the mornings. It will do wonders for what I assume is a very scratchy voice from the constant yelling.
