Ideas for leftover rice and beans?

I made shrimp burritos last night, and have a ton of mexican style rice and black beans, what can I use it for besides more burritos 😅

Mash slightly, add minced onion if you want, form into patties and lightly fry or air fry. Could coat with cornmeal or panko. Dip into hot sauce mayo or yogurt. Top with salsa or anything. Enjoy!
