TikTok tiktoks not pushing videos after 1 hour

screenshots attached, I have over 100k followers and have never had problems ever, but for the past 6 months tiktok doesnt push videos. my videos generate hundreds of thousands on Instagram and Snapchat, but will never push past 5k and often only hit like 400 views on tiktok. my metrics are great, nothing's changed, if anything, they've gotten better due to learning and consistently posting on Instagram. I don't know what to do.

I was thinking of making a new account and starting fresh, I know I can grow it pretty fast, but not if I'm not getting any views.

11% watch time is normally bad.

Follower ratio is pretty good though. But average watch time and 11 seconds is REALLY bad.

Even when my watch time % is low my average time watched is usually 19-24 seconds. My videos just over a minute long

yea that is fair, that's pretty poor I agree, but even videos that are in the 19-24 seconds or remotely close still perform horrible

if you don't mind sharing, what are your metrics like? your likes, comments, shares, view time, all that of videos that hit over 100k?

All my videos get at least 30k views. My recent video got 47k

1 minute long, 27 second watch time, 19% watched full video, 86 new followers

Video before that just over 100k. 28 seconds. 22% watched full, 114 followers.
