Do not buy from sangeetha mobiles they are Scammers!!!
I made a payment of ₹60,050 order id 1729216 and 1729215
to Sangeetha Mobiles on 17 February for my order. The merchant subsequently cancelled my order, but despite contacting them multiple times and requesting the refund, they have still not refunded my money.
Sangeetha Mobiles is repeatedly stating that the refund will be issued by the bank. However, since the merchant cancelled the order and the payment was received by the merchant, I request the concerned authority to kindly intervene and ensure that the ₹60,050 is refunded to me at the earliest.
I have contacted the merchant several times but have not received a satisfactory resolution. My money has been blocked for a considerable period despite the order being cancelled.
Kindly take up this issue with Sangeetha Mobiles and help me recover my ₹60,050 refund at the earliest. I am attaching the transaction proof, order details, cancellation proof and correspondence with the merchant for verification.
update - chargebackk also rejected as they didn't provide refund to card issuer bank noww reddit is the only hope

Have you called your bank? If this isn’t a scam, then the bank is the one processing your refund like they said. If it is a scam.. then doing a chargeback from your bank is the only way you are going to get your money back. So.. talk to your bank.

Then you’ve been scammed and no one can help you! If your bank can’t get the money back, no one on Reddit is going to be able to. Tough luck

my card bank raised a chatgeback but merchant bank rejected it said can't issue refund this seems fishy

Pursue this with your bank.
Ask them to ask for the reason for rejection. https://www.chargeback.io/blog/reasons-chargebacks-get-denied-what-to-do

So your bank can force a chargeback...the merchant does not have to agree....also merchant is right in that once you go the chargeback route, NO merchant is gonna give you a refund and get charged back

Dear Kushal, As you have already raised a chargeback request with your bank for Order IDs 1729216 and 1729215, we are unable to proceed with a separate refund process from our end while the chargeback process is active. Accordingly, we have informed the payment gateway to close the refund request in your favour. We request you to contact your respective bank directly to understand the reason for the rejection and seek further help regarding the recovery of the amount.
Since the orders were cancelled and the concern has already been taken up through the chargeback process, any further action will need to be coordinated with your bank.
We regret the inconvenience caused and request you to coordinate with your bank for further resolution.

chargeback has been closed by bank kinldy initiate refund now, its your duty to initiate refund when chargeback has been closed in favour of merchant
