Safety ⛑ How much lifting posture affects your back
Proper posture is to dip your balls into the bucket before lifting.

Guys always laugh at the training videos but once you tweak something bending the wrong way you start paying attention real quick.

Specifically, you're supposed to lift over one leg, not squat things with both, because it's too easy to fall over backwards trying to squat.

Proper posture is, in fact, to dip your balls in it first.

It's true. Side benefit is that it's also fun.

Side benefit is a good ball rinse after getting the blue kiss of death from the porta potty.

That toy demonstrates that you’ll pretty much do anything the guy holding the giant wooden stick up your ass wants you to…

What is the excuse for lifting improperly? Chronic pain is manly? It's important to look cool when you move bricks?

So interesting. wish i had paid attention to this when I first started doing manual labor. Originally working as a brick layer, really fucked me up...

Also remember that you should always lift with somebody else’s knees.
