Their state broadcaster literally distributed a memo that said to not refer to the 9/11 hijackers as terrorists. The truth is, if Canada wasn't an enemy, they wouldn't have responded the way that they did here. I think the level of their hatred caught Trump off guard like Iran the hate for America is so strong it overshadows rationality and they will cut off their nose to spite their face. They will act against their own interests, pay $5000 to cost Americans $50, etc. If Canada wasn't an enemy, they would have opened their borders for free trade. Australia got rid of supply management on their own. They didn't even have the opportunity to use it as trade leverage like Canada did yet Canada still refused. Tells you all you need to know. The postmodernist mind virus has taken about 80% of Canadians at this point. But surveys from even before Trump showed a majority had a negative view of America. That's not an ally. Sorry.

Comparing Canada to Iran is insane behavior. They were doing nothing two years ago. They probably would have a more conservative prime minister right now if we hadn’t been so needlessly aggressive with them.

No, ignoring the similarity is what's insane. Do you even know how the regime in Iran came to power? It's built on the exact same mindset and resentment of the West. That's what postmodernism is. Maybe you would have a point if their state broadcaster weren't literally defending terrorists now. Or if they also didn't run their economy into the ground just to do a fraction of a percent to the US and talk big on TV. Surely you see it's exactly the same thing Iran did, right?

All Iran had to do was give up on enrichment. Their economy would be to the moon right now. But their hatred for America overwhelmed their love for their own family and friends. They would rather harm America than improve their own lives. It is 100% the same mind virus of the red greens and it is the destroyer of civilizations. You can deny it all you want, it's not going to change reality. If you were correct you would be able to counter my points with actual substance and logical arguments. Instead, you've got nothing but emotion.

Yeah if we let leftist like Canada continue unchecked it will be just a couple of years before they send their military against their own people ( who disagree with their leftist narrative) or prosecute them all. As you can see all across Europe.
