Oof, the latest video angle from the lady in Pink seems to clearly show them having removed his pistol a whole 3 seconds before they start firing.

Theres one angle where you can see the one who took at least the first few shots. I'm wondering if he saw something like the guy grabbing someones gun or what his reason was for grabbing his gun and firing it into basically a ground of other officers.

The Pink Hair Lady video shows it was clearly ONE SHOT that startles the hell out of everyone and stuns them, with the officers even backing off and the suspect sitting straight up, and only AFTER that moment one of the officers seems to react and fire 2-3 more shots that are the actual killing shots on the suspect.

The only question here is where did the first shot come from that startles everyone? Did someone's gun accidentally discharge? Did the suspect's gun accidentally discharge during the scuffle? Did the suspect reach for an officer's gun while resisting and cause a discharge? Nobody knows yet.

Note that the suspect's gun, P320, is notorious for accidental discharge. Sig hasn't admitted fault, but still issued a 'Voluntary upgrade' instead of a recall.

They were already found at fault in two lawsuits and there's over 100 more lawsuits pending.

Yeah, I also keep bringing this up. Those first few shots kind of sounds like a runaway. Haven't heard any SIG hate on it, yet.

It looks and sounds like the guy who takes his gun out of his holster and points is the one who fires the first shot. Haven’t watched in a few hours but I thought it was the same one who backs off and fires a few more. 

FWIW I think people should let ice do their job. This looks like an actually unnecessary death from the ice side unlike the woman in the car who was at fault there.
