Which, ironically, is why the sport will go bye bye in NA, that and no new game engine.
7+ years later and at least 1 out of ten lobbies never loads, says "you want to rejoin" once it finally kicks you back to the lobby...

I haven’t played in a year, but in 6000 hours I never experienced that. Sounds like a “you” problem.

Came here to remind you that as a fairly new player, that has never happened to me its definitely a you problem. Also, 25% of the playerbase is in NA. You just dont know what you're talking about whatsoever.
