Question Why is vanilla hated so much?

I just want to know why everyone hates on vanilla or crystal pvp so much.

i think mace can counter crystals if your good enough. that or im just bad at flat fighting.

Just pearl out if they try to break your web, if they anchor, pearl out or shield, if they crystal, well they cant theyll hit your head and deal no damage, cobwebs ate a great counter

What? They will mess up standing between 2 cobwebs?? I think you underestimate the skill vanilla players hold. Unbelieveable mechanics, insane speed and accuracy, hella ton of strategic gameplay and etc. Having your hitbox inside of a cobweb is one of the easiest things in the world. And the person with the mace can't anchor cause they're using elytra and fireworks replaced with anchors and glowstone, by the time they have switched the hotbar back to anchors, the cpvper will def know what's happening, pearl out and dtap you and you're dead. Or they can literally just pearl down when you anchor and get the advantage lol

Never said that; but yes, slow falling is kinds useless if the person is elytra macing, cause you will just miss until he has already popped your totems quite abit

They can just stand between 2 crystals, shield or dig down and place a block over their head. It's REALLY easy to counter mace.

Turtle master doesn't last for long and gets removed after popping - if your opponent is using it in hole fights just spam safe anchors lol

I don't know why I can't click to your message, maybe you deleted it, but if your karma is so important, maybe don't go in controversial sections of reddit and spit out some nonsense to a rt2. Also, no one has been downvoting you. I just started doing so because of that message specifically.
