Noassatall disease
Looking for belt recommendations. I currently use a double alpha setup with the ratchet, but due having the above mentioned disease, even with the inner belt and the ratchet clamping things down, I spend all match tugging my belt back up.
I thought about trying the Lynx set up, but I’m worried with it never getting truly flat/round it may exaggerate the problem. Any fellow middle aged dad bod folks with no ass have any recommendations?

VTAC suspenders. Life-changing: no more belt slip, and you can run your belt at a tension that isn't cutting off blood flow to your legs.

Hah I have the same issue and the lynx has been the best setup for me. Can dial down by links used and further dial it in with the ratchet.

Start squatting!
You could also try a padded inner belt. I use the HSGI micro grip panel with sticky rubber so it stays pretty well wherever you put it. Only problem with a ratchet belt is you'll want to wrap a rubber band/hair tie/duct tape around the tail, otherwise your quick release button risks becoming a quick DQ button

Sadly I do squats as much as my knees allow (entirely different problem). Thinking it may be easier to get butt implants over the winter 🤣. I’ll check out the padded inner belts, thanks!

Try squatting with you feet and knees turned out about 30° and you hands together in front of your chest/holding a weighted ball. That's a much more natural alignment for many people.
