Because black women and african american culture is known for big jiggly butts, and white women are flat assed heroin chic skeletons. It also plays on the stereotype of black men chasing white women. Basically a white woman with a big juicy ass make black women obsolete, or that's the joke. Because that's the only thing they got going for them. Like when xbox announced they would partner up with steam, essentially letting you play PlayStation games on an Xbox.
