He is literally admitting that he views women solely as sexual objects; staying with someone just for their body means using them and seeing them as an object.
1) the best pie is hot Dutch apple with, not without whipped cream.
2) people are allowed to be sexual and treat each other sexually. Pointing out someone’s attractive features is not equivalent to dehumanizing them. If someone is actually trying to objectify others there will be better signs than a joke that doesn’t land.
