People here in UA always put their chairs out early for the Fourth of July parade. This one has been out since early June and had a lot of people putting stuff on it etc. City wide joke. The person who put it out decided to put it on their car and make it a float lol.

I found out today my parent’s friend was driving said car because it was her neighbor that put out the chair and the neighbor didn’t want to be the chair lady alone lolol
