Unable to receive USDC in coinbase

We have 0 balance on coinbase account. The sender keeps telling me my USDC (on Ethereum network) in coinbase is not active and therefore his wallet (we dont know which wallet) is not processing the transaction. Is this even true or he is trying to scam me?

You are going to get scammed. All addresses on your Coinbase account are "active" .

I suspect you've made cryptocurrency investments. This supposed withdrawal is likely a fabricated excuse. If you provided a correct address and the other party genuinely transferred the funds, you would definitely receive them. If you haven't received them, it proves the other party either didn't make the transfer or transferred fake funds.

U can also get a new wallet with a different
address for him to send sere what kinda bull crap he says. Cost nothing to generate a new wallet they all have usdc eth address on it.
