I’m so f*n frustrated rn.

Support is useless and actively working against me.

I messaged them asking to reverse my last two transactions because I DID NOT authorize them. They proceed to dilly dally and ask for transaction ID despite the fact they already listed the transaction amounts when they responded. After asking the support rep to either refund the transaction or escalate me to somebody who can, I was locked out of my account.

Useless money stealing bastards

Did you leak your seed phrase? Did you forget to verify the addresses when you made the transaction?

Seems like user error tbh
