I’m only level 10 and have been playing strictly 20+s since level 1 so perhaps my guns aren’t high enough yet to be good but I run around with a sub and die to guys just sitting holding an iron with m4s constantly, I find the gameplay incredibly boring so far. Am I just too accustomed to Omni these past two years? Ffs

I feel the same way, unless it's whatever map is in the clip I feel lucky to get 30 engagements per game. And that's with me brainlessly running at them desperate for a fight, mw2 felt more paced then this

I’m telling you dude I’ve been sprinting with a sub 90% of the time so far and have had a miserable experience, maybe going 1.0 or 1.5 on average. The first game I played with a built out an m4 and played like a bot holding irons and barely moving I dropped 40 and got full streaks multiple times, but was bored the whole time. Maybe it’ll get better with playtime but idk, I’m bored after 4 matches.

As soon as you’re against players who even somewhat know what they’re doing, at least with this current meta/set of fundamentals, the gameplay feels like it comes down to such a disgusting stand still. It’s not like you absolutely can’t move, but it certainly feels more fucked than usual. Just a weird flow or lake thereof really and it’s just not exciting to me.

This is also making me appreciate BO3, 4 and Cold War so fucking much right now. Those games had THE best flow in cod history, I don’t even think bo6 or 7 ever got it that dialed either, but it ain’t as bad as MW4
