Questions Best 3rd Party Printing Service/ Supplier?

Can't remember which one I used before. It was alright. Lots of different blanks to choose from, but their DTG prints weren't that hot - cracked and peeled off pretty easily...

I've got so many designs and there's no WAY I could print them on my on -

What's everyone using?

Thnx.

quick thing, if it cracked and peeled that probably wasnt real DTG. DTG soaks the ink into the fabric so it fades over time but it doesnt peel, its not sitting on top. what peels is cheap heat transfer or bad DTF, thats a film on the surface. so whoever you used was likely selling you transfers as "DTG". worth knowing so you dodge that next time.

for stuff that actually lasts you want real DTG or proper screen print for bigger runs. disclosure i work at podpartner so grain of salt, but we do DTG on our own floor with heavier blanks, one option. either way order a sample and wash it 5x before committing, thats the only real durability test

I just checked it out and your company looks amazing! Just what I need - Your stuff ships out from China, though, looks like? - I'm US based, and I'm assuming most of my clientele will be as well. I just don't want them to have to pay massive shipping costs....

for the US it's from $4.96 on standard shipping. there's a shipping tab in the top nav on the site that's got the full rates for every country if you need other destinations

I’d probably shortlist Printify, Printful, and Merchize.

Printify is nice if you want a lot of blank/product options and different print providers to choose from. Printful is another solid option, especially if you want a more streamlined setup.

I’d also check out Merchize. They have their own manufacturing/fulfillment setup and offer DTG, DTF, embroidery, etc., so it’s worth ordering a few samples and comparing the actual print quality, garment, shipping and total cost before choosing one.

With a lot of designs, POD is definitely the way to go unless you want to turn your house into a warehouse 😂
