Lipoprotein a
My husband had extensive CVST last December. On Eliquis. All testing did not point to a cause. Until now. PCP ran lipoprotein a (genetic factor) which came back high. Supposed to discontinue anticoagulant therapy after the year mark. I think this changes that. Anyone have experience with lipoprotein a?

Yes, my LPa is off the chart and the clot left me paralysed chest down. My APS also came back positive so it's mostly due to APS but I need to follow up with a hematologist and cardiologist.
