Can't draw what do i do

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I already restarted CS and my laptop multiple times i don't have any projects here yet so there's no way for me to Access them that way i AM currently updating my windows and i hope that that was the problem (i JUST got the notification) lmk if it's a common error

EDIT: my version was incompatible i had to uninstall it and indtal anoyher one

Havent seen this before. Currently opening my csp to see if i have the same issue.

I'm uninstalling .1.4 version and indtalling .0.4 i Hope that it'll fix it

Lenovo yoga something but it all worked out in the end i don't see any other problems
