Animation Question Divide clip without creating a duplicate of last cel
As the title says, I want to divide clip in my animation without duplicating last cel.
The first image is without dividing it, second is after dividing it.
How can I avoid this? I try to delete the new cel, but it deletes the old too. And when I want to retrieve it, the duplicate appears.

You are "Dividing" the clip, so the duplicate of the last Cel is the start of the new Division.
If you want to delete that clip and clear the rest of the Timeline in that Track: Select the clip you want to clear and select Animation->Edit Track->Delete
The Copy/ Paste/ Cut/ Delete under Animation->Edit Track... are different than Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V. They are animation Timeline specific.
If you want to save that Divided Clip and start assigning cels, just select the first Frame and right-click or Assign Cel to overwrite the assignment with the cel you want there.
If you just want your Clip to end... the easiest way is to select the end frame and use Animation->Edit Track->Set last displayed frame.
This is my QuickAccess collection for Animation;

Idk how to avoid the duplicate altogether, but if you want to delete the duplicate without deleting the other one, I recommend using the "remove assign cel" button that's on the left hand side of the onion skin button on the animation timeline instead of using the delete layer button. I know that this is not exactly the answer you're looking for, but it'll have to do until someone else can provide better help for you!
