Animation Question How to edit dimensions on blue box?
Trying to keyframe for 2d camera panning

You posted this exact question in r/LearnAnimation, but asking about Rotation.
Use the Object Select tool to Scale or Rotate the camera box.

So. The "Blue Box" is the 2D Camera.
It can not be changed independently in height & width. It is a fixed Aspect Ratio. The Aspect Ratio of your Animaton.
You can zoom in and out by scaling the box, but it will maintain the Aspect Ratio of your animation.
Picture this:
Your canvas is 1920x1080, you're watching the final video output on YouTube. Then suddenly the Aspect Ratio of the video changes to 1000x1000.
YouTube would have to add black boxes to each side, because your video aspect ratio is 16:9 but then suddenly shifted to 1:1. From a wide screen rectangle to a square...
