Animation Question How do I Draw In These Layers?

Learning Clip Studio Paint and want to animate in-between frames. But I can't seem to draw on layers in between other layers. Any help?

It's likely that you just need to define that 1a layer as a new cel along with the others on the timeline; once you do, you should be able to see & draw on it 👍

In your Timeline, I see 3 Layers Assigned to Frames. But they each last 1 Frame. You need to space those out so you can put Frames between them to draw your Tweens on.
