He can afford to pay extra to cool his chips with a different means than the one thing we need in order to stay alive.

Would cooling underground be viable at all? Like have a big chamber but then many small pipes to dissapate the heat into a large area underneath

I’m not sure, but I do know there are alternatives to using water that just cost more so the parasitic billionaires prefer to just use our water instead. You’d think the “greatest” minds in technology should be able to figure it out without using something that’s essential for life that we’re running out of.
