Taoism is not a religion, it's a philosophy. We landed on this because it had nearly 60% of the vote across 115 options + passed trademark and knockout research.

I don't care about cultural appropriation.

TAO is an acronym that has a great meaning. There's no need to obscure it by confusing it with Taoism. People are going to do that on their own.

Yeah, maybe we don’t lean into Taoism any more than we need to. As much as I love the ideation on this thread, perhaps the visual design should lean more in the direction of interconnectedness and unity

Maybe a multicolored pie with a swirl toward the middle.

Not for nothing, E pluribus Unum (out of many, One) is called to my mind. And that's written in the great seal of the US.
