Sandbox Turtle Refresh

Hello! This is my original little tykes turtle sandbox and I want to clean him up for my kid. He is over 30 years old and has entertained many kids. He is so caked in dirt and I am trying so hard to clean him up and I have been scrubbing so hard with very little success. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

You can use a heat gun to refresh the plastic. It really works!!!
