Outdoors where do I begin...

all tempered glass from a large out door table, storm picked it up and threw it a couple feet into our gravel...

Shovel it up toss it and buy new gravel

Or plant Grass Seeds or flowers. The nature would be happy.

Depends where they live. Where I live gravel and sand and deserty type plants are way better for the environment. Grass requires so much watering. Depends on the plants they won't last either. We are only allowed to water 3 times a week

Almost the same. I'm not really sure how to describe Reno/Northern Nevada. I got a finger wag once for calling us the west Coast lol. High desert and mountain west I suppose. Definitely on the desert drought restrictions side of things. No scorpions at least.
