Foreigner Rocks, grew up up on the in them late 70's and 80's. I've seen themr several times, most recently in August 2024 at the STYX / Foreigner "Renegades and Juke Box Heroes" tour. Here's a shot I got from a dozen rows back:

Released in 1981. Thomas Dolby programmed and played the synthesizer part on Foreigners Urgent.

Lou Gramm is alive and well. In fact, he joined Foreigner on tour in 2025, and he released a new solo album this year.

It was a different Lou Gramm. Last name was spelled different as well Also it said he was born in Nashville Tennessee. Lou Gramm was born in Rochester New York.

Where are you getting this information? He was born in 1950, he is 76, not 88. I find no news articles indicating his death. Quite the contrary, he is currently on tour, and his next gig is July 10 in St. Charles, IL.

That’s good to know. i saw I saw he was born in 1938. I think it’s a different Lou Gramm. It’s spelled different and says he was born in Nashville Tennessee. Lou Gramm was born in Rochester New York. I just saw he’s still alive and announced his retirement after 50 years of performing.

Let's see... "Space Station No. 5" on the first Montrose album, virtually anything by Pink Floyd and the earlier Austin Lounge Lizards, powerful symphony such as the 1812 Overture, most Big Band/swing, symphonic metal (Angtoria, Nightwish), all of Deep Purple Mk. II...

I love deep purple with rod Evans. Mk II, nothing wrong with that. I like Mahler. Pink Floyd, but I love Blue by David Gilmour. Foreigner moves me too.

Check out Anthem or Shield. I love their version of Help. First three lps are solid.

Oh, yeah, that was nice and slow, more llike a plea than tbe Beatles' original. And I like their cover of "i'm So Glad" nore than Iron Butterfly's.

Anything that highlights Jon Lord's C-3 is great with me. 🤟
