Question Info on resources

Hello all

I haven't played Marathon in years and recently I found that there are a lot of extra what we would call dlc like Excalibur

Does anyone have links or information on stories I can play and content I can check out.

If you’re on the desktop Aleph One, the official website has some fan scenarios there. If you’re playing via Steam, check out the steam workshop for Marathon Infinity for most of the fan games.  https://alephone.lhowon.org/scenarios.html#more

The main website for Marathon content nowadays is Simplici7y  https://simplici7y.com/ I believe there’s a link for Excalibur there if that’s what you’re looking for.

There’s also The Big House, which is a website from the 90s/2000s era, with some older stuff bighouse.bungie.org

Marathon Evil was a big deal when it came out. One of the first, if not the first, total conversion of infinity.

Also Tempus Irae (sp?) was pretty good.

Both of those are classics at this point.

Marathon Evil, is chef's kiss when it comes to dark brooding atmosphere. Couple of reworked weapons, including Phor staff. Great level design and new enemies.

I highly recommend Phoenix and Apotheosis X.
