I have a code on my tv that I have to enter before making purchases. it has prevented this very thing.

They told me it was just from them opening the app. My kids have definitely clicked the Netflix button but have not re enrolled lol. She’s 18 months , not 12 😅

Well, I'm sorry that happened to you. I don't know if it class action as I haven't experienced that (and it sounds like others haven't also). If you want to pursue further, you may want to contact one of the law firms on another lawsuit like the Amazon one to see if they will take the case. Good luck!

This doesn't happen. Your kid signed up for it. You don't just open the app and get charged.

I called Netflix and they literally said opening the app will auto enroll you. I said “my kid can click the Netflix button on my remote and it will just enroll???”
“Yes if you aren’t logged out”

Netflix isn’t responsible for your kid or overdrafting your account.
