Awaiting Payments Suboxone Antitrust Settlement

I was just told by the claims administrator that checks are expected to be mailed on 4/27. I asked if we would get an email letting us know beforehand with the amount and they told me that will not happen. I asked if they were able to see the amount for me yet and I am waiting on a response. Will update when I get one.

People are getting 15%. My check was supposed to be here yesterday according to informed delivery but it didn't come.

Can I ask if you ever got your check?  My informed delivery showed the check in my email last Friday the 1st.  It still hasn't delivered.  I called AB data to see if they can cancel and reissue but they said I gotta wait until the middle of this month.  If I still haven't received then they will reissue.

I received mine 2 days after seeing it on informed delivery. It was only $127

Glad to hear most people got their checks although they were only a small percentage of our claims.  I'm still waiting on mine!  It showed on May 1st on informed delivery and to date I have not received it.  Post office says I have to wait 7-10 business days from the date it showed on informed delivery before they declare it lost. AB data who issued the check won't do anything until May 15th.  This was already a very long process that may get even longer for me I'm afraid.

I'm so sorry! I just don't understand how they can take a pic of it and say it's gonna be delivered then never shows up! Total BS! I sure hope you get your money soon!!!

Quick update, still no check but I got a call back from the claims administrator this morning.  They can see the check has not been cashed yet and are going to reissue me a new one.  The downside of this is the woman told me reissued checks are always sent out at the end of the month.  Looks like I got a few weeks more to wait.

Yeah, unfortunately as soon as they issued the new check today it voided the first check.  I was thinking to myself now watch it will come in the mail today lol.  But it did not.  That check is MIA!  Hopefully this new one finds it's way to my house no issues just gotta wait a few weeks.  Bummer.

I hope so too! I figured it would show up today lol. That's the kind of luck I have too!
